Ah…vacations and the holidays! Love them.
But, that usually means overindulging in high-calorie and sodium or sugar-filled foods. And of course weight gain.

So let’s chat about how to lose 5 pounds after vacations and between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I used to step on the scale after a vacation or the holidays and would be blown away at the increase!

So you possibly try to do a drastic diet to drop the weight or perhaps just give up on your goals until you get motivated.

But there are some simple things you can go to lose 5 pounds between holidays and after vacations.
