I've never been a runner, so I wondered how to enjoy running.

Striving for that “Runner’s High” seems so appealing
Earning medals and setting PRs (personal records), not to mention, being in the zone, and all the benefits for the mind, body and soul.

There certainly are a lot of things to get fired up about.

In this episode I will share how to enjoy running and what I am doing to attempt to like this form of exercise.
