Do you have a clear plan when you are about to hit your workout or the gym? Or do you just call it "strength" or "cardio" day and figure it out as you go?

When it comes to our goals, we typically want results fast! Whether it's to lose weight, tone up, or gain muscle, many of us have no real plan on how we are going to do it. We often leave it up to chance, hoping and praying results will happen.

How will you get yourself from point A to point B?

Let’s be honest. We often haphazardly go about it. Guessing ourselves around the gym, buying various exercise equipment, randomly picking a workout from a streaming service, or even grabbing a bunch of free workouts and selecting exercises and weights with no set plan.

I dunno…. whatever I’m feeling like. Whatever catches our eye, or whatever we always do.
