Ever feel zapped with energy, but know you need to do something to get moving and call it a workout? Well, I have some great ideas for workouts to do when you’re tired.

Because let's face it, when you're feeling tired, the last thing you likely want to do is get up, get on your workout gear and hit the gym.

Now, I bet you already know that exercise can increase your energy levels. Plus it just feels good to get a workout in to make yourself feel better and maintain your healthy habits.

So, I think having some "Go-To" workouts are great for when you are tired and low on energy!
