Are you overcomplicating your health and fitness plan?

I've been there! I used to wander around the gym aimlessly. Using various circuit machines, some cardio on a bike, maybe some weights. My eating was poor, too. I could eat those Oreos because I just burned them off, right?!

I bet you can relate if you are trying to lose weight, build muscle, or just get healthy.

There are tons of plans and strategies out there and many more coming each week! So it's easy to have “paralysis by analysis,” and not take action. Or have "shiny object syndrome" and bop from plan to plan.

It's time to simplify your health and fitness plan!
