Do you ever get hangry? That feeling that creeps up because you went past the point of rational hunger and turned into a scary monster?

Well, I have some tips for you today on making a Healthy Emergency Snack Kit When You’re Hangry!

Ideally you want something that’s going to sustain hunger and keep blood sugar from spiking. Something that contains a mix of fiber, protein, and/or healthy fats.

When you're hangry it can be tempting to reach for the closest stuff you can find! And sometimes those aren’t the smartest choices

So use some of these ideas to create your own healthy version of an Emergency Snack Kit when you're hangry.
