I adore harmony Fulton (@hugharmony). She's been a friend, role model, coach, and mentor for more than half my life. She holds me accountable for the goals and the vision I set for myself, and I'm so grateful!!

It all started by taking her spin class when I was in high school and evolved into helping me figure out what my purpose in life is.

She has so many stories and filled with wisdom nuggets. It would be selfish of me if I didn't share the goodness she provides to the world. 

She's unapologetically herself in every way possible. harmony has been leading fitness classes since 1995. She believes that taking care of yourself is a really, really, really good idea. She brings a playful attitude to her classes, aims to make everyone, beginner to advanced, comfortable, and plays some pretty dope music. If silly, spiritual, and sweaty light you up, she's your girl.
