My name is Kate Boyle and I am a Pilates instructor and nutritionist.  Having spent the majority of my childhood and young adulthood dancing I  gravitated towards a career in Health and movement after suffering a  career ending injury.   Passionate about holistic health practices including great movement and  simple healthy  habits I own and operate Mind and Movement Pilates in  Melbourne, Australia.  Having been in the health and fitness field for more than 16yrs I love  to help people eliminate pain, move better and feel better through the  power of Pilates and simple healthy routines.
