In the classroom and on the basketball court was the first stage where Anne found her passion for team dynamics and success. She was a USA Today/Parade Magazine/WBCA All-America in high school breaking state records as a freshman. She went on to be All-American Division 1 Basketball Player and Academic All-America at Iowa State University before being drafted in the WNBA.
After enjoying a successful start to her career in the highly competitive industries of collegiate coaching, TV commentary, and medical sales, she was inspired to cultivate a deeper bond with people and transition her career into leadership consulting through performance psychology.
