In this episode I share how I'm finding middle ground between a strict body builders diet in the lead up to my second WBFF show, as well as small changes I'm making as I've only ever eaten intuitively, so the process of losing fat is still somewhat enjoyable. 


I've always been a person that has leaned into how I'm 'feeling' and what signals my body is giving me. If I feel like food is limited or there are 'rules' around what I can and can't have, it has a more negative impact than just loosening the reigns a little bit and having a more feminine approach to ticking off my daily habits and achieving my goals.
