Pills and Skills Recovery is a podcast that focuses healing from trauma and recovery. Many trauma survivors, particularly those of us in the faith community, will not go see a therapist or psychiatrist, so my motto is "Bringing recovery to You." The way I do this is to bring my listeners research-based information each week on healing from trauma and recovery. My goal is to help you take the next step on your journey of healing from trauma and recovery.
