For this week's guest, we have writer and educator Barbara Jane Reyes, representing the Bay Area. In this episode, we talked about how Barbara got her start as a writer, and what it means, to her, to be original. We also discuss the concept of Pinay Liminality, and what it means in the context of her own writing. Barbara also has a new book entitled, "Letters to a Young Brown Girl" dropping September 2020, and we talk a bit about the process of putting it together.
