On Episode 29 (Part 1) of The Philosophical Weightlifting Podcast I was joined by Jilly Jaworske. Jilly has a diverse background, as she started off riding horses competitively, then joined the Crossfit club at the University of Miami (where she graduated with honors and a degree in Exercise Physiology), ending up as a high-ranking American weightlifter, placing top 10 at 2016 Nationals. She is currently the head coach at TSS Barbell.
In this episode Jilly and I discuss her background, approach to programming, technique development, greatest influences/mentors, and much more.
This was a heck of a show and I had a blast recording it. Enjoy!
