On Episode 28 of The Philosophical Weightlifting Podcast I was joined by Coach Don McCauley. Don has an outstanding resume as a coach having produced Olympians, world team members, and national champions. Don has coached with well-known teams, such as MDUSA and Mash Elite Performance (which is where he currently coaches).
In this episode I interview Don, discussing his approach to programming, technique development, his greatest influences/mentors, cues he uses and how you should interpret them, and much more.
This was a heck of a show and I had a blast recording it. Enjoy!
