On Episode 22 of the Philosophical Weightlifting podcast I was joined by Greg Everett. Greg is a business man, author, weightlifting coach, and a great lifter in his own right. Since developing Catalyst Athletics Greg has managed to create one of the greatest weightlifting resources on the internet.
A few of the main talking points of this podcast were:
- Greg's background and intro. to weightlifting
- Greg’s current model of programming
- How to correct common technical faults (i.e. early arm bend)and why there is no one-size-fits-all answer
- His experiences coaching high level lifters at national meets
- What is one thing you can do each day to better your life
- And so much more
This was an awesome show and I am honored to have had this opportunity. Thanks for listening and if you enjoy what you heard give us a like, share, and subscribe for future episodes.
