On Episode 21 of the Philosophical Weightlifting podcast I was joined by Tom Sroka. Tom has spent a majority of his life being an athlete. He was a high level field athlete in both high school and college. Then he made a transition to weightlifting, training under Glenn Pendlay at Cal Strength and MDUSA. He is now the head coach at The Strength Agenda.
A few of the main talking points of this podcast were:
- Tom's background
- Tom’s experience training as a full-time weightlifter
- What his current model of programming looks like
- How he met Donny Shankle
- Tom’s philosophy on teaching weightlifting technique
- What is one thing you can do each day to better you life
- And so much more
This was an awesome show and I am honored to have had this opportunity. Thanks for listening and if you enjoy what you heard give us a like, share, and subscribe for future episodes.
