Layers can be guilt, shame, fear, anger, self-doubt, procrastination, mommy issues, daddy issues, money issues, lack of confidence or feelings of unworthiness. The list goes on and on. Regardless of the layers we have to peel, we have to begin peeling and healing in order to evolve.
