Meditation #3 - Rainbow Reach

This is a meditation/game to play with your kids.  I have played this game first as a swim instructor to help kids get used to putting their faces in the water, but now as a pediatric physical therapist this game is perfect to teach kids about their senses, especially, sight, touch and proprioception.  I love this game and so do the families I work with.
