Typical projects for Steven are post-merger integration, re-structuring, cross-border collaboration and change project on a global level.Steven specialises in advising international managers on how to put their change plans into practice.Steven has worked in 28 countries and with 58 nationalities.He has worked in Madrid for four years (in the mid-1990s) and since 2001 in Germany, near Düsseldorf.He’s British, and since 2017 also German, thanks to Brexit.
