This took some trial and error, but I finally figured it out. 🧐  

It can be difficult to let someone else take the reins.  When I stopped seeing patients at my practice and handed over the day-to-day operations, it took me about six months to fully transfer out.  Our practice is our baby, we want to make sure it’s hitting all its developmental milestones. 🐣

Many people think that simple means small and unprofitable.  They’re under the assumption that the simpler something is, the slower it will grow.  𝑰 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒆.

𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬- especially if you are trying to replace yourself in practice.  Constant change and complexity stresses the energy and the function of the practice. 🥴 That’s why simplicity should actually make it easier to grow! 📈
