Okay I am STARSTRUCK to release today's conversation with my new friend, Myles. Myles Berrio is a creative entrepreneur, real estate investor, husband, and father who scaled his mega-successful photography business from hobby to full-time pursuit all in his early 20s. Myles was most recently recognized as the official photographer for the Netflix reality series, Love is Blind, and built his career photographing weddings and global campaigns for brands like UberEats, WeWork, Target, and Revolve. Taking away lasting lessons in creative entrepreneurship, Myles is currently embracing change as a constant and pivoting out of the creative industry into real estate investing to be present for his growing family and lean into his lifelong dream of working in real estate. As a fellow creative, I have looked up to Myles since coming across his work as a member of The Rising Tide Society - a community and network of local monthly meetups for creative entrepreneurs. Since the initial inspiration of Myles’ work, I’ve always looked forward to the day I could learn and share his story. TODAY, my friend, is that day.

This episode will:

- Connect with the young and hungry jack-of-all-trades, hustling to have it all without the faith that they actually can.

- Explore the heart & drive behind a “success story”, sharing the raw reality and lessons learned in building and pivoting away from a booming creative business

- Relay tangible activity management tips and mindset shifts to walk away from busy and walk into meaningful relationships in life and work.

-------

I ask Myles:

- How did this all start?

- Before you “made it” as a photographer, what were you afraid of?

- Have you always had the self assurance and confidence in yourself and career that you have today?

- What were your goals when you first started out and how did they evolve?

- How did you make the decision to pivot out of photography and into real estate?

- What does it feel like to take a complete 180?

- What do you think sets successful people apart?

- What would you tell someone who’s inspired by successful people but can’t move past resistance, or can’t believe that success in their field could be within their reach?

- When have you chosen faith over fear?

- How do you manage it all?

- Best relationship advice you’ve ever received?
