There can be some really difficult barriers to weight loss. The 80/20 method can be a great goal to work towards but it's not a great idea to quit all of the refined foods and sugary drinks all at once. You likely won't see lasting change from quitting cold-turkey. Follow these tips to keep working towards your goals!
