Dr. Kristina is a doctor of pharmacy, certified functional medicine specialist, certified integrative health practitioner, and host of the NO BS Health podcast. After struggling with her own health issues, she’s used the past six years to research, study, and learn all about holistic living and the importance of getting to the root cause of one's health issues.
