Isabel Muller is the CEO and founder of a company called Swtch. However, she comes on today to discuss her battle with eating disorders and how she OverCame.

Eating disorders are on a massive rise around the world but extremely in the US. In the US girls under the age of 12 that have been hospitalized due to an eating disorder have risen 119% over the last 5 years. Girls ages 11-16 are the fastest-growing grouping in America of depression, anxiety, & suicide attempts and A LOT of this stems from body image issues and comparison on social media. If you have a little girl in your life either you are a parent, aunt, uncle, grandma, brother, sister there is a VERY good chance that they are struggling with body image issues or an eating disorder.
