68% of women with a mental illness are parents*.  Many are going day to day struggling alone in shame and wondering how to mother with their mental health challenges.  My guest, Lindsay Demchak, is with us today sharing her battles with anxiety disorder and wading through dark seasons in her life while being a mom of 2 kids. She also talks about how she has learned to release the shame, resist the pressure to power through, and lean into God for the healing she so desperately needed.

Have you been blessed by this episode or others you have listened to? I would greatly appreciate it if you took a couple of minutes to complete a rating and review on Apple Podcasts. This will other women find this message of hope.  Thank you!
