In part one of this series, we talked about how our heart is like a trunk.  From childhood to the present day, we add pieces to our trunk through life experiences. If we don’t deal with those issues-- the trunk becomes more and more full.  And just like a physical trunk or container--- there is limited space.  We can try to close the lid and pretend that nothing is in there but eventually what’s in there is going to come out.  What are the signs of a full trunk? What lies have we been led to believe that have kept our trunks full? We are tackling these questions and more in Part 2 of the Inside Out series.
