Previous Episode: Immersed in STEAM

Author, speaker and award-winning producer Jenna Edwards knows how to chart her course to a dream.

What she has to say is pertinent to aspiring podcasters--and to anyone who'd like to turn an exciting idea into a reality.

We talked onsite at Podcast Movement 2017, in Anaheim, on Day One of the conference.   Podcasters from all over the world had congregated to learn more about their craft, and to enjoy being part of the growing podcast community.

And one of the exciting features during the fourth edition of Podcast Movement, which is the world's first international conference exclusively for and by podcasters, was the opportunity to record live at the "Podcast Pavilion".

Jenna is currently fulfilling two major life dreams.  She wants to write (the book she's co-authored, Women Who Inspire, comes out September 26th!).  And, she has a much larger dream: she and her husband are currently planning a year traveling cross-country.  And, their method of travel is--well, we'll let Jenna tell you.  Let's just say it's unique!

We talked about making dreams a reality, in the context of podcasting.  However, the steps Jenna outlined would apply to going after any aspiration.

In the course of our live recording from the Podcast Pavilion, we also had the opportunity to talk briefly with surprise guest Illya Friedman, co-host of The Cinematography Podcast!

Jenna talked about the first steps to making a dream a reality, her own steps towards her biggest life's dream and how aspiring podcasters can get started and keep going on their "dream projects".

And Illya stepped in, like the great sport he is, with a favorite podcast story of his own!
