Bio:Dr. Dan Pardi is the CEO of humanOS.me - an application dedicated to helping you take care of your body and mind so that you can perform better per hour in life. His podcast, humanOS Radio, covers a broad range of health topics, from performance to better aging. The show is the official podcast of the Sleep Research Society and the Canadian Sleep Society. 


Dan also does work directly with high performing organizations, from Silicon Valley VCs like the Mayfield Fund and Artis Ventures, to companies like Adobe, Workday, Pandora, Intuitive Surgical and many more. He also works with Naval Special Warfare to help the most elite fighters in the world maintain capable decision making under challenging circumstances. Dan has a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Leiden University in the Netherlands, with research funding from Stanford University in the United States, and he has a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in the United States.
