Frank Estrada is an active duty senior leader with extensive knowledge and experience in the Cyber industry! As a leader, it is imperative that we take the time to understand your strengths and weaknesses, and how it impacts your leadership style. Frank serves in positions where he trains and leads new Soldiers entering the Army, providing them with leadership while they embark on a new career and extraordinary challenges! Frank had to confront and overcome his biases and recognize how it limited his ability to be effective. Once he applied emotional intelligence and became intentional in understanding the value of the generational gap, he was able to truly add value and have positive impact on the future generation.
