Building community resilience with Carmelo Rodriguez

Carmelo is a Veteran, a father, author, mentor, and community builder that has earned trust and reputation within his community by showing up and putting people first! On the Bounce is excited to have Carmelo as a guest as he shares his journey from childhood, Military, life after the Military, and how overcoming adversity has shifted and presented him with opportunities that has changed his mindset! Carmelo continues to serve his country as a law enforcement officer, but from a lens shaped by his years of service. He takes every encounter as an opportunity to connect, bond, and build for a better tomorrow. When not working, Carmelo spends his time mentoring Veterans and students within his community to help increase community resilience. He has also taken his passion and journey and dipping into the movie industry and book writing.
