How do you choose what to launch for your website? A membership, a course, or stick with 1:1? It can be a hard decision to make!

One thing that I’m constantly seeing with clients that is becoming a bit of an epidemic in the online world is constantly starting new initiatives and doing launch after launch after launch. A lot of people will go and begin a course to moderate success, then launch another course to medium success, then move on and start a group program and this cycle continues. They are never sticking with one thing for too long, and aren’t tweaking or honing their current offers.

What I want to talk to you about today is how to choose. Often times we think that we know what our ideal client wants but we don’t spend the time to actually figure out what our ideal client wants. I want to encourage you to stop offering lots and lots of things, and instead make sure that you are sticking with something for a long time. Take time to research because this is a key to taking your business to the next level and make your business marketable. You’re going to have to test your products as well in order to figure out what works and what doesn’t. Some of the biggest names in the business will throw out different products and see what sticks. If someone is willing to buy a product from you, that’s a clear sign that it’s a good one. But how do you figure out which product is best?

I suggest interviewing your ideal client and really doing your research on what problems they need to be solved in their business. Create a program and try beta testing it to see what your ideal client liked about the course and what they would want to change. Get feedback from them so that you can really craft out the best program possible. Overall, it’s all about taking the time to really create the best service possible for your business.
