As she is a female I thought it would be great to bring her on and cover how she goes in a gaining phase and what considerations to make when actually pushing for muscle gain.

Anita has done about seven gaining phases now and is always getting better and refining the process.

Each time she's gone through a gaining phase she's learned what to do and what to avoid to make sure the next one she does is going to be more successful than the last.
