One thing that athletes don't lack is the will to train.

A lot of you are always showing up, doing what you need to do and sometimes even more.

This is where the issue of "more" can become a problem.

Training just for the sake of training or to get tired is not what you should be doing.

That is more along the lines of exercising.

Instead, you need to be focusing on training to get better at your sport and there is a difference between the two.
