I recently purchased a new scale that I wanted to try out to see what the accuracy was like for clients. 

Upon getting the scale I saw that it measured other things apart from just scale weight and these other measurements are very inaccurate.

So I thought I'd educate you guys on how to get an accurate reading when it comes to testing your body fat levels if you are curious to know. 

I also want to talk to you about comparing yourself to other people on social media and why that can be an issue.
