Please help us make 2021 the best podcast year yet, by taking this brief survey!

Today on the podcast we have guest Kate Eskuri. When I found Kate it was like finding a long lost like minded sister in this world of holistic health and well being!

Kate is a registered nurse, going back to school to get her doctorate in integrative health. She believes in traditional practices backed by modern research, which is totally up my alley. In this episode, you’ll hear us geek out on our love for blending Eastern and Western philosophies, how to be less black and white about your health and wellness rituals and what it means to practice holistic and realistic self care.

Kate is the author and founder of the Foundation blog and I know if you enjoy today’s episode you’ll love learning from her blog and following her on Instagram.

In this episode we discuss:

Kate’s origin story to beginning the Foundation Blog

What does foundation mean to Kate and 3  tips or takeaways of foundational health

Kate shares about Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, and the process towards self actualization.

How we can simplify health and wellness, making it holistic and realistic

Gray area of health and wellness, not going to extremes and also blending together the worlds of Eastern medicine and Western medicine philosophies.

How Kate practices wellness without obsession

Kate’s favorite Primally Pure products: the gua sha stoneclarifying serum and deodorant. I would add this beauty cream as a personal favorite, too!
