Happiness and joy. Words we often use interchangeably that have very different implications in our lives. Words that also happen to be the basis for today's episode. We start off by asking each other how happiness and joy show up in our lives, move into what happens when they aren't there, what gets in the way of noticing or feeling those things, and also how we cultivate more of it in our lives. At the end of the day (and the episode), we both agree that life is less about seeking out fleeting moments of happiness, and more about looking around and finding the joy in the small everyday moments. We want to hear from you! How do you define (or differentiate between) happiness and joy? How do you bring more of it into your life?
