Arguing, disagreeing, fighting…we all do it, but WHY!?   What makes you angry?  What rubs you the wrong way?   As we covered in episode 38 with relationship expert, Dre Smith, fighting in any kind of relationship is inevitable - but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.  Today, we talked about the reasons we fight, ways we try to avoid it and even some unhealthy habits we are working on changing.   So if it’s going to happen, how do we make it more productive and effective?  How can you not get heated so the conversation goes smoothly?  We take you through some of our common disagreements with our partners, how we handle them and what tools we use to get through them.  Some pretty powerful conclusions were made during this episode and we hope you can all take a deep breath knowing you aren’t alone.
