Katie Pagnotta, author of the book Empowered by the Human Design: Utilizing the BBARS of Excellence Framework to Foster Student and Educator Success, believes that it is within our grasp to find joy in teaching, even in an era of high anxiety and mental illness with our students. She developed the BBARS (Brain and Body Aligned Responsive Systems of Excellence) by integrating the evidence-based approach of 18 professionals from various fields.
