Adam and Eve upon sinning choose to cover themselves with Fig Leaves. But wait a minute, aren’t they covering and thus rejecting the image of God they have been created in? Yes they are and in rejecting the image of God they are rejecting themselves since it is the image they are created in. A rejection of self carries unhealthy symptoms that affect our relating abilities. Today we will examine some of those symptoms as we look at “Rejecting the image of God.”
