In this episode I wanted to change it up and do a solo episode talking about what's been going on in my world lately on and off the golf course and the difficult times I've been having along with how I've tried to deal with them. Doing a solo episode was something I had been thinking about doing for a while and felt like it was the right time to do it. In the episode I reflect on the ups and downs I've been having on the golf course lately and some of the tools that I use to help me deal with these times as best as possible.
