She also mentors Financial Advisors on how to better support their clients when investing in property and has written a course, Integrating Property Advice, which is offered via Property Mavens Academy.


Miriam is committed to protecting her clients from overpaying or being misled during the buying process and is a leading advocate and regular media commentator on buyer’s rights. From 2015 - 2017, Miriam successfully campaigned for the Victorian Government to introduce legislation to end the misleading practice of price underquoting.
