Chef Jason Lawless lived at the YMCA for 3 months in order to make ends meet as a chef at Tabla in NYC. Cut to modern day Chef Lawless has now helmed the kitchen at Cafe Parizade the Durham staple for 7+ years. Cafe Parizade is now in it's 33rd year & the OG of the Giorgio restaurant group!
