Dr. Gillian O'Shea Brown

On this episode I speak to Dr Gillian O’Shea Brown, a psychotherapist, complex trauma specialist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Dr Gillian is also an adjunct professor of Trauma at NYU. Her indepth knowledge of trauma has been featured multiple times in Vogue and various other high profile publications. She is author of the book Healing Complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder – and has another book coming very soon.

Dr. Gillian hails from County Cork in Ireland and her journey in the US is a fascinating one. To me, Gillian is not only an expert in her field of therapy, but she is also an model of what following your heart and working extremely hard can lead to in New York.
