Sometimes, all we need in order to release is a good cry.

We’ve been conditioned to believe that showing emotion through tears is weak and off putting to people, and some people have become so good at stuffing that down that they’ve conditioned themselves to lock that away. But crying is an important, natural response, and we need to learn to embrace that.
