About Sara Campin

Sara is the founder & creator of a multidisciplinary wellbeing app, specifically designed for mothers to help them find greater connection, compassion and calm in the chaos, pressures and turmoil of modern motherhood.

The app is broad library of practical, bite-sized and multidisciplinary self-care tools from a team of leading wellbeing experts, including Mindfulness, Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Psychology. Now available for download for iPhone on Apple’s App Store & Android on Google Play Store.

Sara is also a successful coach, following a previous career in management consultancy, working with professionals. Entrepreneurs and parents to help them get unstuck, overcome challenge, make progress towards their most important goals and live their best lives.
