About Anna Mathur

Anna is a mum of three and a compassionate, integrative and relationship-focused Psychotherapist living in Surrey. Having worked in a large variety of contexts, from GP surgery to Harley St District practice, Anna now seeing clients from her home with a particular interest in anxiety, depression, self-worth and pre and post natal mental health issues.

Anna is however mostly known for her open and honest posts to her hugely popular Instagram account @annamathur. She also recently launched her own podcast called The Therapy Edit podcast – providing 10 minute pep talks to help with various situations, going out twice weekly.


Through her website she also offers telephone coaching and downloadable courses through her website for those wanting to discuss their mental wellbeing on a one-to-one basis.

Anna has now written her first book called 'Mind Over Mother' which has been published this month. The book is a warm and accessible guide to understanding and addressing anxiety in motherhood, for every mother – based on grounded techniques which changed Anna's life.
