Petition to ban smoking in multi-unit dwellings on its way to the BC Legislature

Last August in Langley, a mother of a newborn baby girl started an online petition, calling for smoking to be banned in all condos and apartment buildings. In October,  Naomi Baker spoke with Jill about how she  and her husband had been smoke-proofing their unit for months in response to second-hand smoke from a downstairs resident they said is putting their health at risk.

Now, her local MLA, has agreed to sponsor a petition at the BC Legislature, calling on the housing minister to ban smoking in all multi-unit dwellings.
