Sixteen-year-old Swedish climate activist, Greta Thunberg, has been named Time magazine's Person of the Year. 

Time says Thunberg won the award for "sounding the alarm about humanity's predatory relationship with the only home we have." 

Thunberg is in Madrid today where she’s addressing the UN climate talks.
