After weeks of concerns about its new reservation system heading into the holidays, Air Canada‘s customer service phone line stopped taking calls Monday morning.
A recording on the airline’s customer service phone line has been telling callers: “Air Canada has recently introduced a new reservation system and call volumes are significantly higher than normal. Due to current volumes, I apologize that we are unable to place you on hold at this time.”
Callers are given no option to speak to an agent.
