This week's bonus is with my dear friend, Tricia Blackford, who is raising her children cross-culturally with her husband as missionaries in Chad, Africa. We have a helpful conversation about tips for home schooling vs. distance learning.  We talk about the differents kinds of learn-from-home options and how to have grace and flexibility as children learn in the home environment.

In case you missed her full episode last week, make sure to take a listen as you will be blessed! Tricia Blackford was born in New Jersey to Armenian-American parents. She moved at age 5 to Dallas/Forth Worth Texas and grew up there. Tricia studied Kinesiology and Science at College Texas Women's University then earned her Physical Therapy degree at Texas Women's University on 2000, worked at the county hospital before moving to Sudan to work in 2006. Met her American husband in Sudan and married in 2008 and has lived in Sudan, Egypt and Chad. She has six beautiful, "world-hearted" kids ages 1-11 years.

Plus,Tricia is an author of three books to help those living cross-culturally, sharing prayer with children and adults, and coping when a partner travels for work.
